Return Policy

We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help! Just make sure your item qualifies before reaching out. We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on Kitchen and Household items, Outdoor products, Baby and Toddler items, and Health and Personal Care products, as long as they are unused and in their original unopened factory sealed packaging. We do not accept returns on any food or beverage products, pet food of any kind, anything that has been opened or used regardless of category, Health and Personal Care items that have been opened for hygiene reasons, items bought on clearance or at a heavy discount, or products damaged from misuse or improper storage. All of these are final sale with no exceptions. To start a return, contact us through our Contact page with your order number and reason and we will get back to you within 1 to 2 business days with instructions. Please note that customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and we recommend using a trackable shipping method as we are not responsible for lost return packages. Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days and you will receive a confirmation once it is done.
