How do I place an order? Simply browse our store, add the items you want to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the steps to enter your shipping and payment information and your order will be confirmed by email. What payment methods do you accept? We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal. All payments are processed securely through GoDaddy Payments. How long does shipping take? We ship all orders through USPS. Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days after a processing time of 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. Do you ship internationally? No, we currently ship within the United States only. Can I return my order? We accept returns within 30 days on most items that are unused and in original packaging. Food, beverages, and pet food are final sale and cannot be returned. Please visit our Return Policy page for full details. Who pays for return shipping? The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method. My package says delivered but I did not receive it. What do I do? Please check around your property and with neighbors first as packages are sometimes left in unexpected spots. If you still cannot find it please contact us and we will help resolve the situation.
